The system features a user-friendly GUI and, in combination with the EloWheel visualization and evaluation software, demonstrates the highest flexibility in sample inspections and repeated batch inspections. The EloWheel software acquires, visualizes, and saves eddy current testing signals, making it very easy for operators to view and analyze data. The search routine facilitates easy comparison and reference of current and past data. Inspection data is automatically integrated by built-in protocols. Operators can also insert notes and comments into the protocol, allowing for extensive record-keeping regarding the inspected wheels.
