The environmentally friendly printing dryer "E-SAVER" for gravure and dry laminators recovers waste heat, reducing energy consumption and enhancing production efficiency. It adopts a new concept drying method that recycles only the pure thermal energy, excluding VOCs (volatile organic solvents) from the exhaust gas after drying, back into the air supply heating section. By applying waste heat recovery heat pumps and high-efficiency inverters, it can reduce the cost of hot air drying energy by up to 90% and can be retrofitted to existing equipment.
