【Product Information】 "BCS" stands for Binder Coated Sphere and is a molding material for porous boards, coated with a fluid phenolic resin on the surface of our original spherical phenolic resin "LPS" in its hardened type. By placing it in a mold and heating it, a 100% phenolic resin porous board called "BCS Board" can be created. Additionally, it is also possible to produce a porous carbon board through firing. 【Features】 - High purity with no ash content. - Can be formed using conventional press heating low-pressure molding or injection molding into molds. - The molded products possess heat resistance and electrical insulation properties derived from phenolic resin. - By changing the particle size of the core spherical phenolic resin, it is possible to alter the hole diameter and porosity of the porous board. - It is also possible to create a porous carbon board by firing the BCS Board.
