- Our strength lies in a wide range of sheet metal processing with thicknesses from 0.5t to 19t (SS) and up to 12t (SUS). - We own 3.6 kW (up to 16t) and 4.0 kW (up to 19t) 2D laser processing machines compatible with 4×8 (1220×2440) sheets. Additionally, we have standard turret punch presses as well as integrated types with forming and tapping functions. We utilize them based on cost and quality considerations. - We respond to customer expectations with ultra-short delivery times (more than 20% faster than the usual short delivery cycle). - When it comes to repeat items in small to medium lots, we actively propose value analysis (VA) and value engineering (VE) for cost reduction. - Since we provide sheet metal parts to various fields and industries, we can flexibly accommodate your desired quality. - We have a bit of confidence in processing round materials.
