We can accommodate everything from Shinkansen parts (large molding) to general gaskets (small molding).

With 45 years of reliable technical expertise, we now supply parts for the Shinkansen (bullet train). Starting with white goods, packing, and industrial products, we have expanded into plumbing, ceramic-rubber composite products, rubber supports for high-speed and elevated structures, seismic isolation rubber, Teflon-rubber gaskets for heat exchangers, and diaphragm-related products, constantly challenging ourselves in new fields. With the relocation to our new office building, we are producing products in as clean an environment as possible. Although we do not have certifications such as ISO, we manage data rigorously. Our equipment includes a 900-ton press with a platen size of 1800x1480, a 500-ton vacuum press with a platen size of 1200x1000, a 350-ton vacuum press with a platen size of 800x800, six 200-ton vacuum presses with a platen size of 500x500, and a 100-ton vacuum press with a platen size of 400x400. We will consider equipment upgrades if there is demand. Additionally, we are open to consultations regarding successor issues and the closure of partner companies.
