Miyoshi Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 1949 as a sole proprietorship and reorganized into a workers' cooperative in April 1954, with employees as members. As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we have embraced the spirit of cooperation between labor and management, and through numerous trials, we have continued to make steady progress thanks to your understanding and support. Additionally, we have consolidated our foundry and machinery departments onto the same site in Mino Town, with the foundry department implementing new equipment for improved efficiency, and the machinery department installing heating and cooling systems to prepare for the aging society of the future. We have established foundry, machinery, and construction as the three pillars of our business, with our corporate philosophy being "from materials to processing and completion." We aim to further enrich our operations, uphold harmony and sincerity, and respond even more to the needs of our users in the future.
