We offer comprehensive proposals for order management, delivery management, and quality control. ■ Over 3,420 business partners! ■ Responding to 487,983 drawings annually! ■ Monthly inspection of processed parts totals 60,000 items! We handle a wide range of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, iron, brass, titanium, and resin. Additionally, we work with alumina, ceramics, insulating materials, thermal insulation materials, rubber, and difficult-to-machine materials. We offer various processing methods such as MC cutting, lathe processing, sheet metal processing, resin cutting, wire electrical discharge machining, and gear processing, covering everything from large to small items, including hardening and surface treatment. In terms of inspection, we have our own inspection room of approximately 350 square meters, equipped with the latest inspection equipment such as image dimension measuring devices and CNC three-dimensional measuring machines, where our inspection technicians conduct thorough inspections. We also accommodate the procurement of a wide variety of small quantity parts for prototyping and research and development! We accept orders starting from just one part. As a one-stop purchasing solution, we streamline and enhance efficiency by consolidating points of contact.
Business Activities
■Procurement of Processed Parts We sell various precision machined parts involved in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, and labor-saving devices across all fields. We handle everything from prototypes to small production runs, including metal cutting, grinding, gear processing, resin cutting, sheet metal processing, and rubber processing. We propose a streamlined and simplified procurement process for our customers by consolidating points of contact into a one-stop purchasing model. ■Machinery We develop, design, and manufacture machinery and specialized jigs. We provide a one-stop service for the entire process from meetings to design, parts procurement, assembly, quality control, and delivery. We can accommodate all cases, including design only, manufacturing with provided drawings, and assembly. Manufacturing Lineup [Machine Design and Manufacturing] / Production equipment, conveyors, inspection machines, automatic supply devices, semi-automatic devices, cleaning machines, etc. [Fixture Design and Manufacturing] / Mechanical design, electrical design, robot manufacturing, etc. ■Measurement Services We take custody of processed parts and development items, where inspection technicians perform precise dimensional measurements. We provide the actual measured values of precise dimensions and geometric tolerances in an "Inspection Report." Calibration certificates for the equipment used in inspections can be attached. We propose time reduction in inspections and efficiency improvements in operations.
