Business Activities
Non-Destructive Testing Department 1. Helium Leak Testing: Detects leaks in containers that must not leak, such as nuclear containers and vacuum containers. 2. Radiographic Testing: Detects internal defects in steel welds, internal defects in concrete structures, investigates rebar in concrete structures, and detects embedded objects. We are also actively utilizing digital radiography (RT). 3. Ultrasonic Testing: Conducts detection of internal defects in steel frame welds and steel welds, measures anchor bolt embedment length, and measures plate thickness. We are also actively utilizing phased array ultrasonic testing. 4. Conducting magnetic particle testing and penetrant testing. 5. Rebar detection and rebar investigation using rebar radar. 6. Consulting services for obtaining ASME stamps: Our company has a Level 3 certified personnel from ASNT-TC1A.
