We process various types of metals, binary and ternary metal alloys, and rare metals into various shapes. Additionally, we provide evaporation materials such as oxides at reasonable prices. We can process to specified dimensions and shapes and also handle bonding. We also accept recycling processing of used special materials. We finish various metals such as Ti, Mo, Cr, Nb, and other alloys to specified sizes. Furthermore, we offer ceramics of various purities, ceramic plates of various sizes, and ceramics processed into various shapes at reasonable prices. We also provide quartz of various purities, quartz tubes of various sizes, quartz plates of various sizes, and a wide variety of quartz materials at reasonable prices. We can consult on the production of general coating evaporation devices, special sputtering devices, small multilayer film sputtering devices, special ion plating devices, and maintenance of various vacuum equipment. We are capable of ion plating on large substrates using various processes (HCD method, AIP method, sputtering method, CVD method, etc.) and can support mass production of DLC film coatings on large substrates. Additionally, we accommodate coatings of special metal films and multilayer films. We also accept wet plating and special machining requests.
