The PCB-type master sensor for steering angle detection directly detects the rotation angle of the steering shaft, achieving high-precision detection with no influence from gear backlash. Being magnet-free, it is not affected by the aging degradation of magnets (and is also unaffected by fluctuations in rare earth prices). It detects multi-turn absolute steering angles of over +/- 900° with high precision of +/- 1° (at 1 rotation). The PCB size is φ51×72mm, featuring a compact design with electronic components mounted.
