The IS32LT3124 is a programmable 4-channel current regulator. Each channel can deliver a current of up to 150mA. The maximum current value for each channel can be set using external resistors. Additionally, by combining the outputs, a maximum current of 600mA can be delivered. By adding an optional external PMOS FET, thermal stress on the IC is reduced.

In response to the market needs for LED drivers, it operates at a wide range of battery voltages typically found in automotive environments and is equipped with a back-boost function that supplies a constant current even when the battery voltage is higher, lower, or equal to the LED output voltage. Additionally, it employs programmable spectrum spreading technology, significantly reducing switching noise and improving EMI performance.

Compared to conventional LED dimming control, the IS31FL374x family has a feature called "dot correction" that adjusts the peak current of individual LEDs, allowing the brightness of the LEDs to be adjusted in 256 steps. This feature enables users to adjust the color of the LEDs, achieve pure white, and attain PWM dimming with 1.6 million levels. Furthermore, it allows for the setting of different maximum current levels for different zones, enabling better brightness balance.

The IS32LT3181 is an LED driver for automotive rear lights that supports an external option of a PMOS FET to stabilize the voltage of the LEDs and improves thermal power consumption characteristics. It features six programmable linear constant current sources, allowing the current of the six LED channels to be adjusted between 10mA and 75mA with just a single external resistor.
