The IS32LT3124 is a programmable 4-channel current regulator. Each channel can deliver a current of up to 150mA. The maximum current value for each channel can be set using external resistors. Additionally, by combining the outputs, a maximum current of 600mA can be delivered. By adding an optional external PMOS FET, thermal stress on the IC is reduced.
