The average age is in the 30s, and we are well-regarded for our mobility and quality control. Since it is cumbersome to develop heat treatment, polishing, and surface treatment each time, please arrange everything with us at once. If necessary, we will prepare inspection data, traceability data, QC process charts, etc. All parts are managed and stored in our system, so we are fully prepared for any unforeseen circumstances. We specialize in handling lots that large parts manufacturers, which typically deal in hundreds to thousands of units, may refuse, so please feel free to consult with us. We are currently in the process of establishing overseas local factories (in the Asia region).
Business Activities
We specialize in NC lathe processing and machining for diameters ranging from φ30 to φ100 and lengths of about 50. We are also skilled in cutting processing of irregular materials such as hot and cold forged products and pressed items (in-house equipment). Additionally, through collaboration with various partners, we can handle sheet metal work such as pressing, welding, turret punching, and laser processing, as well as small items with diameters of φ10 or less, including polishing and surface treatment. In particular, we excel in machining with a management precision of 10 to 20μ and can accommodate CPK management. Although we are a small team, we aim to achieve quality control on par with large-scale operations, meeting your expectations with our elite members. We also offer the possibility of importing from overseas (cooperating factories in Taiwan and Vietnam).
