Thank you for your continued patronage. We are Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd., specializing in hydrogen annealing.
We perform heat treatment of precision parts and other items using various atmospheric gases (such as nitrogen and argon) based on magnetic annealing in a high-purity hydrogen atmosphere. We can accommodate 24-hour and short delivery times. Example of processing: delivery on the same day for up to 500°C, and next day for up to 1100°C (for items arriving by 10 AM). We are committed to addressing all of our customers' needs. Please leave the alignment and packaging work that other companies cannot or do not do to us.
Business Activities
Magnetic annealing treatment: In soft magnetic materials, it is desirable to have a high maximum permeability and low retention force. Age hardening treatment: For materials like beryllium copper and stainless steel, unstable elements dissolved during solid solution treatment are artificially precipitated through heating to improve hardness. Copper and copper alloys: Due to significant work hardening, the mechanical properties of copper change markedly with cold working. Therefore, processing stress is removed, and softening is achieved by finishing in a bright state without oxidation. Low-temperature annealing: This is performed to remove distortion caused by residual stress generated during the manufacturing process. Stainless steel: It can be finished in a bright state without oxidation at various heating temperature ranges. Quenching and tempering: Steel is heated above the transformation point and rapidly cooled in oil or water to change its crystal structure and achieve hardening.
