The "3D Liner" is a long-length anchor-integrated liner that allows for machine installation work without the need for anchor box cutouts in the machine foundation. It was developed with the aim of completing foundation work (excluding grouting and mortar finishing) in one concrete pour by setting the equipment's attached anchor bolts simultaneously with the rebar assembly, thus eliminating the box cutout process. By directly driving the anchor part of this product into the slab (post-installed anchor), it is possible to set the installation height of the equipment during the foundation rebar work. Additionally, we also offer "anchor-integrated liners," "screw-type flat liners," and "small anchor-integrated liners." 【Features】 ■ No box cutouts ■ Concrete pouring done only once ■ Easy liner adjustment ■ Shortened construction period *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Similarly, during the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, widespread furniture tipping incidents occurred, highlighting the need for furniture stabilization. Suehiro System Co., Ltd. has developed "anchor bolts" to securely fix furniture to reinforced concrete (RC) walls. We are participating in the earthquake disaster prevention furniture tipping condominium project of Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd., where our products have been adopted, and we are working to promote furniture stabilization. 【Three Key Points for Supporting Furniture】 ■ Fix L-shaped brackets to the wall with anchors (screws) ■ Use anti-slip mats ■ Secure the furniture's top surface with L-shaped brackets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWater and sand are entering the sliding parts from the oil seal area, accelerating wear, which increases the gap between the sleeve and the metal, leading to issues such as contact with the impeller and potential failures. Since it is underwater and requires open inspection, which incurs costs, it is not easily noticed. However, this can be resolved by implementing a structure called the "Underwater Bearing Sliding Part Wear Detection System," which allows maintenance from land. By measuring the water content in the grease, the degree of wear can be managed more precisely. 【Features】 - By providing a grease return piping on the primary side of the oil seal, the sealing performance lasts for about four years. - A system has been established that allows for the detection of wear from land through the observation of returning grease. → Underwater Bearing Sliding Part Wear Detection System - The measurement of water content in the grease allows for more detailed management of wear. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
