We excel in processing items up to 150mm square, and we manufacture both round and square items, from single-piece custom machining (general-purpose) to new production in medium lots (around 1,000 pieces). Additionally, we routinely handle machining tolerances of approximately H7, and with the newly introduced cylindrical grinding machine, we will be able to provide even higher precision products for round items. The introduction of the cylindrical grinding machine allows for external diameter grinding of work sizes up to φ200×400(mm), enabling us to process products that have been hardened (HRC 50 or higher) and difficult-to-machine materials, which were previously impossible with cutting. Furthermore, as a new business initiative, we will also be producing prototypes using 3D printers, allowing for speedy prototyping from a single piece.
