Additionally, we offer direct manufacturing for unique products such as complex shapes and customized designs, providing cost-effective production. ◆ High-Cycle Molds We arrange three-dimensional cooling circuits in die-casting molds and plastic molds, offering high-cycle molds at low cost and with short lead times. ◆ Reverse Engineering Using the non-contact optical 3D scanner "ATOSS," we scan the shape data of actual objects. We create 3D models from the scanned data and provide the data to our clients.
