Matsumoto Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. can trace its origins back to the Matsumoto Chemical Research Institute established in January 1939, and was founded as the research and development and manufacturing division of "Iwashi-ya Matsumoto Ihei Shoten" (now Matsumoto Kosho Co., Ltd.). Through years of research and development achievements, we have produced unique products that can only be created by Matsumoto Fine Chemical as a specialized manufacturer of organometallic compounds, and we take pride in having reached a very high level in this field globally. The products we handle have evolved and changed in various ways due to shifts in customer needs and changes in the times. At Matsumoto Fine Chemical, we primarily develop and manufacture organometallic compounds such as titanium and zirconium used in catalysts, hardeners, crosslinking agents, surface treatment agents, and coupling agents. Additionally, we develop products that meet individual customer needs, such as silicone-based coatings that form excellent coating films on films, metals, glass, and rubber surfaces, and acrylic-based impregnating resins used as adhesives for laminated steel core (cores) in transformers and motors.
