Business Activities
Our company has established a system to provide a comprehensive supply of various plastic-related industrial components, including machined products made from engineering plastics using milling machines, lathes, and machining centers, prototype models, covers made of acrylic and PVC, tanks, and more. - Precision machining (minimum hole diameter φ0.1mm) We utilize high-precision milling and lathe machining by skilled craftsmen and machining centers, enabling precision machining with a minimum hole size of φ0.1mm and a minimum machining tolerance of ±0.02mm. (Please note that minimum machining sizes and tolerances may vary depending on processing conditions and materials, so feel free to consult us.) - Small lot support (from 1 piece) We can accommodate everything from single pieces needed for prototypes or test parts before mass production to manufacturing jigs and inspection jigs. - Wide variety of resin materials (over 20 types) We create products tailored to customer specifications using various materials and colors. Main materials handled: Acrylic, PET, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS, PP, PE, ultra-high molecular weight PE, MC nylon, nylon, POM, PC, PEI, PEEK, PPS, PVDF, PCTFE, PTFE, PFA, unilayer, turcite, bakelite, etc.
