Tanaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. is committed to quality control and is equipped with a wide range of measuring instruments, ensuring not only the 'quality' of our products but also providing 'peace of mind' and 'trust' to our customers through close consultations rather than just processing and delivering. We can process materials with outer diameters ranging from φ2 to φ32, accommodating everything from prototypes to medium-scale production using our expertise and CNC automatic lathes. We particularly excel in complex small part processing and difficult-to-cut materials. We consistently strive to ensure reliable products and timely delivery, keeping these two points in mind as a team. Although we are a small group, we leverage our strong teamwork and unique know-how to maintain productivity and cost-effectiveness that can compete with overseas companies. Furthermore, we actively pursue product processing proposals and tackle challenging materials (such as Inconel and 6-4 titanium) that other companies may refuse.
