Starting with hybrid and electric vehicles, the demand for products based on the structure of motors, such as processing machines like machine tools, wind and hydroelectric generators, emergency generators, resolvers, and sensors, is extremely diverse. Furthermore, the requirements for efficiency, precision, and reliability are continually increasing. Aron Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing insulating components used in motors for over 30 years and specializes in thin-walled molding, such as insulators and bobbins, with a consistent production process from mold design to injection molding conducted in-house. We also perform insert molding for prototypes, mass production, and laminated cores. We aim to collaborate with our customers by providing suggestions that align with their production methods and assembly sites, pooling our knowledge together to create better products. Through the manufacturing of insulating components, which are rarely seen by the public, we will contribute to Japan's manufacturing and energy conservation.
