Official Name: SHIBASAKI TB (THAILAND) CO., LTD. As the second base in Thailand (currently there are three bases), we started operations in 2013 as a joint venture between Shibasakiseisakusho Co., Ltd. (located in Yorii, Saitama Prefecture) and Tokyo Boken Co., Ltd. (located in Sumida, Tokyo) to establish a production factory originating from Thailand. We primarily engage in cutting processes using machining centers, chuck-type NC lathes, NC automatic lathes, and cam lathes, and we possess hydrocarbon cleaning machines and automatic inspection machines. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 licenses and are actively expanding our export sales not only within Thailand but also to North America, Central and South America, the Middle East, China, Southeast Asia, and Japan. Our investing company, Tokyo Boken, has been collaborating with numerous local partner companies since its entry into Thailand in 1988, allowing us to flexibly respond to the procurement of forged blanks and materials. We will introduce the technology of "etching processing," which dissolves and processes metals through the corrosive action of chemicals such as etching solutions. "Double-sided etching" is effective when dimensional accuracy needs to be ensured, while "single-sided etching" is effective for processing thin materials or when a taper is required. Introducing the "Mesh Filter by Etching" manufactured by Meltech Co., Ltd. We already have mesh colors available through welding, but this is a flat product made using a different method (etching process). Introducing the "Encoder Scale" manufactured by Meltec Co., Ltd. The transmissive and reflective scales are made to order, processed from metal etching products to PET film materials. The metal scales are available in SUS and our uniquely developed nickel-clad materials.
