In 1991, the "Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law" was amended, and under this law, infectious waste generated by medical institutions and others was designated as specially controlled waste. Furthermore, necessary procedures for the proper disposal of infectious waste were established as the "Infectious Waste Disposal Manual" based on the amended Waste Management Law and were notified by the Ministry of Health. It is undeniable that the disposal system for medical waste has been established in this way, and there will be an increasing demand for proper disposal in the future. SSC Corporation is constantly focused on how to propose safe and reliable medical waste-specific containers and related equipment to waste generators and others involved in medical waste management in the process of conducting proper disposal. We are also committed to handling containers made from recycled materials and donate a portion of our profits to fundraising activities.
