The summer of 1985 marked the beginning of Matoya Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd. Since our founding, we have consistently upheld the principle of "creation." Our dream has been to produce products that can compete globally, originating from a rural part of Japan, and to be referred to as a "small big company." With the understanding and support of our customers, we have been able to have several original products recognized both domestically and internationally. Our management philosophy is to provide machinery and equipment that our customers can use with confidence, to achieve the happiness of our employees who work alongside us, and to promote sound management that earns support and trust from society. Times are constantly changing, and new needs are emerging. We have continued to challenge these new needs from multiple angles by leveraging the mechatronics technology we have cultivated over the years. Moving forward, we will persist in our endless pursuit of technological challenges, advancing step by step towards developing products that are considered one-of-a-kind in this field. Even in an era of market contraction due to a declining population, we will globally seek paths to survive and coexist with a society where humanity can thrive.
