Since its establishment in 1945, the company initially sold general cutting tools. However, since 1954, we have developed our business by making carbide tools our main product, contributing to our customers' productivity and adhering to our fundamental management philosophy of contributing to society. Today, we not only handle products from our main partner, Sumitomo Electric Industries, but we have also become top agents and general agents for many leading manufacturers in Europe and the United States. We believe it is our important mission to discover domestic and international manufacturers that produce excellent products, even if they are not yet well-known, and we introduce and provide these products to retailers and users as a general agent in Japan. In recent years, we have been promoting proposal-based sales using the sales know-how cultivated in China and ASEAN, where we have local subsidiaries and representative offices. Based on this experience, we aim to further actively expand our business in overseas markets, particularly in Asia. Additionally, we are attempting to expand into new business areas, broadening our scope to non-cutting fields such as wear-resistant tools, optical products, and environmental-related sectors.
