The "Cushion Float" is a versatile unit designed to effectively block vibrations and noise generated from both static and mobile equipment. This product was originally designed for vibration isolation for small boat engines and features an easy-to-install, compact, thin vibration mount. -Made in the Netherlands- Trelleborg AVS has acquired the Dutch company LOGGER (LOHAS). It is a well-established brand that has been manufacturing and providing marine and defense-related vibration mounts and vibration materials for many years. Among the many vibration mounts, there is the Evolo (Evolo) 600 series mount, which is offered for civilian use. It is designed for vibration support for generator sets, pump units, large diesel engines, cooling units, compressors, gearboxes (ASSY), wind turbines, deckhouse pillars, and more. This product has received type certification from international certification bodies such as Lloyds Register and DNV. These mounts are manufactured in the Netherlands and are directly imported by our company. We have the 631 series, 633 series, 611 series, and 622 series available. Transportation costs related to imports will be charged separately from the product price. This product is currently under negotiation with major domestic manufacturers for medium-sized ship engines and compressors.

A shape formed by bonding two sturdy outer metal fixing plates of a square. A cylindrical rubber section equipped with interleaved metal plates. Provides a low shear stiffness rate. Designed to deliver high compressive force with minimal deformation. A high-performance vibration isolation mount that is versatile in use. (A combination of stable low installation height, high compressive strength, and low shear stiffness.) Achieves high separation efficiency on both shear and compression surfaces. Rubber hardness can be selected from 40 degrees and 60 degrees. Regarding the rectangular (Rectangular) SAW mount, production will be confirmed with the manufacturer upon inquiry. This mount has a proven track record of numerous deliveries to domestic machinery manufacturers and domestic engineering corporations.
