Introducing the equipment owned by Saito Ironworks Co., Ltd. To meet customer demands for small quantities, diverse varieties, short delivery times, and high precision, we have introduced the 'NC Bender' to ensure that anyone can handle setup and bending accuracy, thereby increasing productivity. This equipment features a drive mechanism using a Dual Servo Press (DSP), achieving a feeding accuracy of 0.001mm and approximately 1.4 times the productivity compared to conventional machines. We will respond to a wider range of user needs from prototyping to small lot production and mass processing. We would like to introduce the equipment owned by Saitetsu Co., Ltd. We used to create jigs for each part and set conditions, but now we can set conditions based solely on materials and thickness. Most importantly, we can easily achieve welding quality and appearance quality, which is why we introduced the "Table Spot Welder" in February 2019. This equipment uses high-speed welding technology, resulting in minimal burn and spot marks compared to conventional table spot welding, and it can reduce surface wrinkles and distortions. We would like to introduce the equipment owned by Saito Iron Works Co., Ltd. This is essential equipment for precision sheet metal processing, and we have introduced the deburring machine "AuDeBu1002" as it can reduce the working time to one-fifth compared to conventional processes. This equipment can process large quantities of workpieces up to 1000mm wide at once, excels in R edge chamfering of products, and performs ideal deburring without imposing excessive load on the products with its six brushes. We would like to introduce the equipment owned by Saitetsu Co., Ltd. for "spot welding of surface-treated steel sheets." With the aim of improving material availability, workability, corrosion resistance, and reducing costs, there has been an increasing demand for thick coated materials and lubricating resin-coated materials. Generally, spot welding is considered difficult (or impossible) for these materials, so we conducted research to make spot welding possible.
