NEXUS Co., Ltd. is a company located in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, engaged in processes such as press processing, spot processing, precision sheet metal processing, mold design and manufacturing, assembly and packaging, and 3D measurement. Our specialties include design and development, processing proposals, blank (cutting) processing, bending processing, welding, laser processing, and assembly. We have networked the main machines in our factory, enabling real-time production through integration with our production management system. The arrangement of work within the factory is visualized using CG, and is conducted with drawings and 3D images (three-dimensional representations). As a result, we not only improve work efficiency but also avoid human errors. This production system allows us to deliver high-quality yet low-cost products to our customers.
