NEXUS Co., Ltd. is a company located in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, engaged in press processing, spot processing, precision sheet metal processing, mold design and manufacturing, assembly and packaging, and 3D measurement. Our specialties include design and development, processing proposals, blanking, bending, welding, laser processing, and assembly. We have networked the main machinery in our factory, enabling real-time production through integration with our production management system. Work arrangements within the factory are visualized using CG, utilizing drawings and 3D images (stereoscopic views). As a result, we not only improve work efficiency but also avoid human errors. This production system allows us to deliver high-quality yet low-cost products to our customers.
