What is "rolling knurling"? Rolling knurling can process various materials such as free-cutting steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, and aluminum. It has excellent surface roughness, and there is no deviation in the peaks of the knurling. In contrast, with drawn knurling, the cutting process using a die inevitably results in poor surface roughness and issues such as bending after processing due to peak deviation. Moreover, the materials that can be processed are limited to brass, aluminum, and some free-cutting steels. Therefore, our company performs processing using rolling knurling.
