Futaba Lorette Co., Ltd. is a company located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, that processes and manufactures special screws, vertical lorette, iris lorette, worm screws, and more. There are two types of lorette processing: rolled lorette, where the outer diameter bulges after the rolling process, and drawn lorette, which involves cutting with a die. Rolled lorette can be processed from various materials such as free-cutting steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, and aluminum. Additionally, it has excellent surface roughness and no deviation in the peaks of the lorette. In contrast, drawn lorette, due to the cutting process with a die, inevitably has poor surface roughness and issues such as bending after processing due to peak deviation. Furthermore, the materials that can be processed are limited to brass, aluminum, and some free-cutting steels. Therefore, Futaba Lorette focuses on processing with rolled lorette.
