At this exhibition, we will showcase the "A-axis Yurikago jig," which has achieved overwhelming lightweight design by adopting the new material "Furcarbon." The most notable feature is its astonishing lightness of "total weight of sub-jigs under 10kg," made possible by incorporating Furcarbon into the base and support parts. This allows for installation on small machining centers that were previously abandoned due to weight restrictions. Furthermore, it can be operated with inexpensive small robots that have low carrying capacity, dramatically reducing the cost and hurdles for automation implementation. This time, we have newly developed sub-jigs that accommodate large workpieces measuring 300mm x 300mm. We will also demonstrate high-precision automatic tool changes using a Pascal-made pallet gripper and multi-joint robots at a practical level. Additionally, we will unveil the first "standard I-scale jig" from Toa Seiki, which condenses the expertise cultivated over 102 years as a jig manufacturer!
