Our company manufactures a "Pipe Both Ends Processing Machine" that can process both ends of short and long pipes simultaneously. It allows for processing with high precision in a short time without the need for re-gripping, using a single chuck. It is based on a punch slide mechanism, which prevents interference around the clamp area. This is an introduction to a fully automated processing line for bending, cutting, chamfering, diameter correction, and cleaning of short pipes after terminal processing. Each process is carried out by independent machines, connected by a conveyor system for full automation. If the product changes and this automated line can no longer be used, it can be disassembled and used as individual machines. 【Product Flow】 ■1.
