Conventional ball transfers, due to their structure, are prone to internal contamination and are difficult to clean once debris enters. As a result, they are not well-suited for harsh operating environments such as underwater (in seawater, muddy water, etc.), oil, and dust. The plain bearing debris discharge type leverages the advantages of the original spherical design (PAT.P) by incorporating hole processing (slits) in the receiving area of the small balls and the ball cover area, allowing debris and water that have entered to be expelled as the small balls circulate.

This is a special unit that allows a workpiece with a non-flat bottom surface to slide freely in all directions (360°) while bearing a load, enabling precise positioning. The typical usage involves supporting the load of the workpiece with four or more units. Since this product does not have its own power source, when the workpiece is pushed by a cylinder or similar device from the equipment side, the top plate of the unit slides, and it can be locked at any desired position through air supply. This allows for precise positioning of the workpiece in a small space, and it can be customized to meet various requirements such as recommended load capacity, top plate stroke amount, and top plate tapping processing.

The "FCD (Fine Control Device)" is a compliance unit that takes advantage of the smooth sliding feature of the top plate of the centering unit. It can be used in environments troubled by misalignment during robot work chucking or work insertion.
