Mitaka Corporation specializes in the straight processing of ultra-fine metal wires and the manufacturing of ultra-small coil springs as its core technology, providing high-precision and fine products for medical devices, semiconductor and substrate inspection, and electronic equipment. We excel not only in straight processing and coiling but also in machining, tip polishing, and bending, particularly in transforming very small items, and we strive daily to achieve customer satisfaction. Especially in the manufacturing of tiny components, Japan is a leader in this field, with many companies involved. However, once we enter the realm of ultra-small sizes, the number of companies surprisingly decreases.
