Since our founding in 2001, we have accumulated technology with the motto "We can process iron, and it's not impossible to process other materials." If you are facing challenges with materials such as alumina, zirconia, tungsten, or molybdenum and wondering, "Is there a way to process this material?", please feel free to reach out to us. We have introduced hot press machines and are working on direct bonding without the use of adhesives. Our precision machined parts are used in many industries, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, aerospace, medical, precision instruments, analytical equipment, automotive, and nuclear power.
Business Activities
High-precision machining at the micron level is possible through grinding and cutting techniques for fine ceramics, heat-resistant glass such as quartz, and heat-resistant metals represented by molybdenum, tungsten, and tantalum. We primarily operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers, with over 100 various processing machines in total. Using 5-axis machining, we also perform 3D curved surface processing utilizing CAD/CAM technology. Main processed materials: ◎ Ceramics Alumina, zirconia, aluminum nitride (AlN), silicon carbide (SiC), single crystal silicon, various machinable ceramics, MMC (composite materials: metal + ceramics), CMC (composite materials: ceramic matrix composites, SiC fibers), and other special ceramics. ◎ Heat-resistant glass Quartz glass, sapphire glass, Tempax glass, and other special glasses, glass ceramics, etc. ◎ Heat-resistant metals Tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), tantalum (Ta), niobium (Nb), titanium (Ti), nickel (Ni).

Diffusion bonding is a technology that directly joins materials together. Since it does not use adhesives or filler materials, contamination issues due to impurities do not occur. Additionally, it can suppress the occurrence of plastic deformation. By using diffusion bonding, it is possible to create hollow structures, internal flow paths, and deep holes with good straightness that cannot be achieved with conventional machining.
