"PDHA1" is a high-hardness acrylic adhesive that has a higher storage modulus compared to general-purpose acrylic adhesives. Due to the hardness of the adhesive layer, applying a hard coat (HC) film with this product makes the hard coat film less prone to denting, thereby suppressing the decrease in film hardness. We would like to introduce our "Low Residue Protective Film for Nanoimprinting." It has high transparency, allowing inspection even while the protective film is applied.
