Asahi Metal Co., Ltd. was founded in 1962 as a company that recycles metal scrap, starting with iron. Since then, we have expanded our operations to handle various materials, including plastics, paper, and wood, and are committed to comprehensive recycling. Today, in our country, awareness of "environmental conservation" is increasing, and recycling has become widely accepted. The social system is also undergoing a transition to a circular economy, with various frameworks being established, such as the enactment of recycling laws. In this flow of the times, Asahi Metal's social role as a company dedicated to recycling is becoming increasingly significant. We aim to further develop the recycling technologies we have cultivated since our founding, striving for higher recycling rates while practicing safe, secure, appropriate, and efficient recycling with reduced environmental impact. Asahi Metal aspires to remain a company that is always needed by society, at the forefront of business scenes related to the environment and recycling operations.
