We are contracted to manufacture "soft ferrite" at Japan Heavy Chemical Industry. Ferrite is a type of ceramic made primarily from "iron oxide" and is produced by sintering. It has several advantageous characteristics compared to metallic magnetic materials and is used in various applications. What we manufacture is in the form of "powder" before sintering. We ship both the finely crushed powder as it is and granulated forms mixed with a binder for easier handling. 【Example of Product Lineup (Ferrite Granules)】 ■ Nickel-based Products - Type: Nickel-based (Ni-Zn series, Ni-Cu-Zn series, etc.) - Product Names: JR40G, JRM35G, JRC8G, JR11G ■ Manganese-based Products - Type: Manganese-based (Mn-Zn series, etc.) - Product Names: Z15G, Z63SG, Z22FG, Z23RG *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
