In times of disaster, a buckle that is always nearby and used for a whistle to alert those around you, as well as for the chin strap of a helmet. I was involved in the design and development of a product that combines these two elements. The design was created with the intention of being "instantly recognizable as a buckle" and "immediately suggesting the presence of a built-in whistle." From the final two design proposals, a more universal design was selected. From the full-scale sketches of the design, I reproduced the "area usable as a whistle" and the "essential area and structure for the buckle function" in data form, and created multiple prototypes of the whistle and buckle structure using a simple cutting mock-up based on 2D lines. This led to the development of a more effective model in the design data. The workflow for the product is as follows: - Exterior design - Buckle mechanism examination - Simple mock-up production for the whistle part - Simple mock-up production for the side release buckle part - Creation of design data for the mold - Production of the final mock-up for promotional purposes You can find more details on our website.

Free membership registrationThis is a design example of a bicycle helmet for schoolchildren. To balance design aesthetics with domestic safety certification standards (JIS), we advanced the product development through close communication with the client. The silhouette line that gently slopes towards the back of the head and the character line that bulges from the front to the top of the head serve as a counterbalance, making the overall height appear lower and effectively directing rainwater away during rides in wet conditions, thereby reducing visibility obstruction. Alongside the design mentioned above, I was involved in the interior design considering efficient assembly for mass production, as well as the design of the adjuster mechanism that operates reliably with a simple structure. The development flow for this product is as follows: - Exterior design - Interior design - Creation of design data - Creation of product data for molds - First prototype mock-up (for design confirmation) - Second prototype mock-up (for final confirmation) You can find more details on our company website.

Free membership registrationEven if you have an image in your mind, you may not know how to create it. We will think together about the methods for prototyping and model production. Drawing from our years of experience in model making, we will propose and produce the optimal method suited to your needs. We also create models based on provided data and drawings, so please feel free to contact us. Examples of production: - Styling confirmation models (clay models, rigid foam urethane) - Design confirmation models - Display mock-up models - Function verification models (from partial confirmation to working models) - Photography mock-up models - Various prototypes

Free membership registrationHave you ever had the experience where, despite designing something, it ended up taking a different form by the time it became a product? We handle everything from planning and idea development to styling, CAD data creation, mock-up production, and manufacturing support in a consistent manner. All processes are approached with a design philosophy in mind. We model according to your needs, whether it's creating design CAD data from sketches or reverse engineering from scanned data. We also accommodate styling that takes into account internal mechanisms and movement, as well as creation that considers design requirements for molds. High-quality design CAD data (Class-A surfaces) High-precision design data created using CATIA V5, a high-end CAD software. CAD data for mock-ups (solid modeling) To reproduce a state close to the final product, we create it while considering thickness and strength. We also perform simplified designs while considering ease of assembly, fitting parts, and internal components. Organic design CAD data Since it is created on CAD surfaces, it is easier to use in later processes compared to automatically generated point cloud data. It is particularly useful for creating shapes that are difficult to achieve with conventional CAD or when you want to determine the orientation of a shape.

Free membership registration■ Features Instead of 2D representations like design sketches or CG, we conduct confirmation/verification of a product's appeal through realistic expressions that reproduce CMF (Color, Material, Finish) by applying secondary processes such as painting or fabric covering to prototype mocks or existing products. We pursue color reproduction and material texture, creating design expressions for envisioned product designs. Example: Want to materialize an idea sketch? → We can create a design mockup for realistic consideration. (Production is possible even without 3D data; please consult us first.) Example: By applying a textured finish through painting on T0 molded products, it becomes possible to examine color and texture before mass production. Free membership registrationFeatures We consider the essential design (styling) that shapes the product and visualize it through sketches. We will design not only the styling but also the conceptual mechanisms for convenience and utility, taking into account materials and manufacturing processes. Conceptual designs that intertwine not only "things" but also "experiences" are also possible. PR Our company can consistently handle everything from 2D designing, creating 3D data, making mock-ups, to manufacturing follow-up. At any stage, the design perspective is alive, enabling product development based on the concept. Design through 2D Drawing - Idea sketches (design, mechanism) - Rendering sketches CG rendering using 3D data - Confirmation of product color tones - Creation of CG images for promotional materials
