We would like to introduce our "Gold Plating Process." 【Gold Plating Process】 ■1. Preliminary Inspection - Inspect for any scratches or defects before plating. - If there are scratches or a glossy finish is required, polishing is performed. ■2. Cleaning - Wash with water to remove dirt and oil before plating. ■3. Racking and Wiring - Hang on racks or wires to immerse in the plating bath and conduct electricity. ■4. Degreasing - Remove surface impurities through electrolytic degreasing or acid/alkaline cleaning. ■5. Gold Plating - Perform gold plating by hanging on a rack that conducts electricity. - For copper items, directly immerse in the gold plating bath. ■6.
