By using processing methods similar to those used in mass production, we can smoothly identify issues and transition to mass production models. Our consistent approach also contributes to reducing total costs. We will consider rationalization for functional parts in various fields. We have a track record of reducing unit costs by 40-60% through method conversions, such as press processing of machined parts, elimination of secondary machining processes (like dish deburring and counterboring), and integrated molding of welded parts. We will rationally examine processing methods to keep costs down from the development stage.
