Kondo Yoko Co., Ltd.'s business involves various can processing and the manufacturing of plant-related auxiliary hardware. These products are not mass-produced. Therefore, there is no production manual. After receiving an order, we supplement and revise the drawings based on the customer's requests regarding quality and delivery time, and we carry out the manufacturing and installation of the finished products under the management and supervision of Kondo Yoko. For processes that we cannot handle in-house, we collaborate with local partners who have specialized equipment and technology, creating a regional division of labor system for production. Additionally, to meet urgent customer requests and achieve short delivery times while minimizing factory downtime, we provide services through "mobile factories" that enable on-site measurements and welding work using portable equipment. Kondo Yoko has been engaged in manufacturing based on this highly specialized production and agile repair work system for 50 years.
