With the advanced processing technology of Shigehara Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we produce engine parts, gear parts, and more. Shigehara Manufacturing specializes in production focused solely on prototype and small-lot parts, without accepting orders for mass-produced components. By conducting all processes (design, production, management) in-house, we can accommodate the production of customer parts from prototypes to small lots. We handle a wide range of processes, including specialized processes (such as gears and 3D machining), using our own equipment to complete parts. Additionally, to support the technology and experience we have cultivated, we have introduced the latest high-precision machinery for both equipment and inspection. It is only when all of these elements—latest equipment, experience, and technology—are in place that we can produce parts that satisfy our customers.
