We respond to the needs of the manufacturing site with the design and production of assembly equipment tailored to each product.

Chikyu Giken Co., Ltd. is engaged in the design and manufacturing of machinery and equipment for manufacturing sites. We have primarily provided devices that contribute to quality improvement and efficiency enhancement for automobile manufacturers and automotive parts manufacturers. We handle almost all processes in-house, from design to processing, assembly, and trial operation, establishing a system that can respond to short delivery times. Additionally, for large projects that cannot be managed solely by Chikyu Giken, we collaborate with multiple partner companies to flexibly accommodate high loads. We understand the issues faced by manufacturing sites, such as "the product delivery date is fixed, but the equipment specifications are not determined" and "design changes occurred after the equipment order," and we work together with our customers to think through solutions and respond flexibly.
