Bamboo grows faster than wood, requires no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and absorbs a significant amount of carbon dioxide during its growth process, making it a sustainable resource. Additionally, bamboo contains antibacterial components, and molded products with 30% bamboo have demonstrated strong antibacterial effects. While the strength is slightly lower than that of the W series, which contains wood powder, it still possesses high rigidity and strength, allowing for the creation of molded products with a unique texture. You can choose the appropriate blending ratio according to various conditions such as purpose, application, and environmental goals.

The biomass composite material that combines rice bran with 10-60% PP or PE is the "NEOPLA RB Series." Rice bran contains antibacterial components such as ferulic acid, γ-oryzanol, and phytic acid, making poly bags containing rice bran antibacterial. Additionally, it has a strong deodorizing effect, particularly against indole (fecal odor). Not only is it an environmentally friendly product that effectively utilizes by-products, but it also possesses two functions: antibacterial and deodorizing. The biomass plastic "NEOPLA W Series" is made by blending up to 70% wood powder, such as thinned wood. Despite containing 70% wood powder, it can be injection molded, resulting in molded products with very high rigidity and strength. Additionally, it can be colored, allowing for molded products with a unique texture similar to wood. Starch is widely used industrially in paper, cardboard, mortar, adhesives, and more. The biomass composite material that combines this industrial starch with 10-60% PP or PE is the "NEOPLA S Series." By changing the composition of the blend, it can be adjusted to a wide range from hard to soft materials, and it also has excellent colorability, with grades available that are compatible with various molding processes such as inflation molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, and injection molding. The injection molding grade with 55% starch has an MFR of over 20g/10min, making it excellent in moldability, and it is possible to obtain molded products with over 51% starch even when colored with MB.
