CASO Company Overview

The Japanese subsidiary of CASwell, a Taiwanese hardware vendor for network infrastructure equipment.

Caswell was established in 2007 and has been providing hardware that leverages high technical capabilities and reliability cultivated as an industrial equipment manufacturer for network security software vendors and network infrastructure equipment vendors, contributing to the growth of our customers' network appliance businesses. For further growth, we aim to develop and support products that are more suitable for local markets. To this end, we established a local subsidiary in Japan in August 2014, and we plan to expand sequentially to Beijing in 2015, as well as to the United States and Europe. Additionally, becoming a subsidiary of Taiwan's Ennoconn in December 2014 has enabled us to offer better services to our customers through competitive pricing leveraging their purchasing power and production using state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. As a company, we will do our utmost to accurately respond to the needs of our Japanese customers in the rapidly advancing network society characterized by IoT, cloud, and virtualization, and we will strive to contribute to our customers' growth.
