Alps Logistics' procurement logistics offers a unique service aimed at set manufacturers and trading companies, featuring the buyer-led "BMI" (Buyer Managed Inventory). Unlike vendor-led VMI warehouse operations, BMI allows for buyer-led management. At the core is our uniquely developed warehouse operation system, ACCS, which integrates the buyer's core system with ACCS to manage parts inventory collectively. Based on production plans and parts deployment, shipping instructions are issued to kit parts for just-in-time supply to each production line.
