■Aviation Quality - Half a Century of Achievements Since its establishment in 1956, our company has consistently produced aircraft parts. The technical expertise cultivated under the strict process management and quality requirements demanded by the aviation industry is one of our major characteristics. ■Processing of Special Materials Mainly focused on the processing of special metals such as titanium alloys, cobalt alloys, and nickel alloys. ■Integrated Production We have established an integrated production system that includes special processes such as laser processing, wire electrical discharge machining, welding, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing. ■Nadcap Certification in Four Areas We have obtained international process certification from the aerospace industry in four areas: "Laser/Wire Processing," "Welding," "Heat Treatment," and "Fluorescent Penetrant Testing." ■Industry-Academia Collaboration for Technological Innovation We are engaged in collaborative research with universities. We have developed technology to apply electric heating forming to the press processing of aircraft parts, achieving commercialization. Research and development of processes is also a technical domain of Yoshimasa.
