Ukai's stainless steel casters excel in every scene. Ukai's stainless steel casters are used in various settings. －－－－ Feature 1: Made entirely of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion Each component that makes up the hardware, including the leaf spring, is made of stainless steel. By using stainless steel bearings for the wheels, we achieve an all-stainless caster that can be used for a long time even in environments where corrosion is a concern. Feature 2: Double stopper for safety and security The stopper mechanism of the swivel caster with a stopper is designed with a double stopper that simultaneously stops the swivel of the hardware and the rotation of the wheels, ensuring safe and reliable stopping. (For braking performance, especially if necessary for product safety, please take additional measures such as wheel chocks or floor locks.) Feature 3: Various grease filling options The grease for the swivel part of the hardware and the stainless steel bearings of the wheels can be changed to food-grade (HACCP, NSF H1 certified), heat-resistant, and cold-resistant grease (made to order). *We offer a wide range of products tailored to different usage environments (75mm to 200mm).

Changed the mounting hole of the φ200 swivel fittings from round holes to elongated holes. 5. Discontinued sales of heavy-duty casters with ultra-corrosion-resistant coating (from 21/1) - Due to various circumstances, we have discontinued the manufacturing and sale of corrosion-resistant coated casters of the JM ZC / KH ZC Type.
